How do you become happy ?

Scientific Reason of getting become happy:

When you see a beautiful scene or eat your favourite food or just listen your appreciation, your receptors (sense organs ) detect it and further transmit it into your central nervous system which in further response to it through your effectors. It is mainly a reflex action most of the time and the information is stored in your brain just for the memory. During all this process there is a release of either or all of these happiness hormones names serotonin, dopamine and oxytocin. This is how you become happy in a scientific way.
But becoming happy is not just a response of your body to stimuli. It also depends on how you think and hold your emotions and your feelings.

Example By ‘Sadhguru’:
“You watched a sunrise and you felt wonderful for a moment that moment is sensory pleasantness. For it to become part of your life and energy you need to hold it. You need to hold on that experience, you must be able to stay there. Because it is 100 times slower (not exact measure). So, if your able to hold on any experience, normally if u can hold on to 24 minutes, any experience of sweetness of experience even if its taste, smell, vision or auditory. If u do it to yourself, the pleasantness of the neurological system once its sinks deeper in to the panic system then sitting here blissfully becomes a normal thing.”

You can become and stay happy if you will just hold on the good experiences rather than holding the bad ones. The more you will be positive the more you will be happy. Happy is just a word you have to experience it from inside. Becoming happy is not a difficult task all you have to do is just hold your good experience , stay positive, love yourself and believe in yourself. Do things what you love. Life is short try to make best of it, don’t just waste your life in distress. If you will understand this even little I am sure your life will start changing from now. Lead a colorful life and become happy.
