Have you ever in your life made a difficult choice?
Obviously yes, right? Well, our life is ‘world of choices’. Here I am not referring to the world which is our earth but to the whole phase of our great big life. So yeah, in ourselves we have a world of emotions, world of choices, world of attachments etc. Have you ever wondered we live just for 70-80years and still we have to make a billion of choices in our day-to-day life. Most of the time we have to make real simple choice like to go washroom first or to drink water when we wakeup. Its not simple but still we can state it as a simple choice. But sometimes we have to make a really difficult choices in our life that may change our whole future.
Should we get scared or take stress for such things?
The answer is NO. Being scared from the different situations in your life is a task of a coward, now it depends on you whether you are coward or not. Fear is nothing but a emotion which generates stress in our body. Stress is good as it helps us to achieve our goals but as we all have studied in our schools ‘excess of everything is bad’. So, try to fought and think deeply to make a choice for the lonest choice in the world of choices.
Choices can even put ourselves in danger. Like, the choices we make on a daily basis- wearing a seatbelt, not touching hot objects or staying out of a danger can ensure our safety. You and I need to make a choice that we are going to get our lives in order. practising self – management, self-discipline and establishing boundaries and borders in our lives are some of the most important things we can do. A life without discipline is one that’s filled with carelessness.
